Your responsibilities: Ensure end to end planning, integration and monitoring of the work package across all functions involved Prepare dossier for project launch and define project Secure Significant MOD (Modification) maturity and decisions with robust inputs Manage the implementation strategy and associated risk management Secure business case and performance (Ramp-up, RC (Recurring Cost) savings, Lead Time reduction, maturity, etc.)
